QSC Players Selected for ODP

9 Selected

In the Fall of 2012, Quakertown Soccer Club had 9 Players selected to particpate in the Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer Association’s Olympic Development Player Pool.

ODP is a national identification and development program for high-level players. The program identifies and develops youth players throughout the country to represent their state association, region and the United States in soccer competition.

ODP teams are formed at the state assciation and regional levels, made up of the best players in various age groups. At the state association level, pools of players are identified in each eligible age group, and brought together as a team to develop their skill through training and competition. From the state pools and subsequent teams, players are identified for regional and national pools and teams.  Players continue to train with their home clubs and use ODP to augment that training.

We are pleased to recognize the following players:
U11 Boys - Nicholas DiCara, Ben Kave, Micah Kratz and Adam Wunsch
U13 Girls -  Grace Kave, Kathryn Moyer and Morgan Small
U17 Girls - Line Kjaer
U17 Boys - Kyle Woulfe

We wish each player the best of luck as they work with the ODP teams and show the quality of soccer they have acquired at Quaketown Soccer Club.
